This summer is the last one to swim or explore Crater Lake by boat until 2029. Here's what it's like to adventure at the deepest lake in the U.S.

Construction to Cleetwood Cove will halt boat tours and swimming, making this summer the last time to access the water at Crater Lake until 2029.

Tours will include information about the lake’s history and geology from park rangers. Alongside the new tour boats, a shuttle service to Wizard Island will also start again over the summer.
