Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has referenced intelligence reports indicating North Korea’s de facto involvement in the ongoing war. “I held a meeting of the High Command. Several issues were discussed. Among the main topics was a report from the intelligence services — the Foreign Intelligence Service and the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine — regarding Russia’s plans for the fall-winter period. Everything was quite detailed. North Korea has, in fact, entered the war.” — Zelenskyy said.
