Ultimate Six had Norman, Ock, Electro, Kraven, Sandman... and, uh, their idea was for Peter to be the sixth member. It wasn't great imo.l, maybe the worst lineup there's been. Hobgoblin was in the Return of Sinister Six comic -- specifically, the Macendale version of Hobgoblin, which frankly is the only version that makes sense to me.

Sep 22, 2021 · Spider-Man Unlimited #9: It was more of a 3-way battle between Peter, Sinister Seven(!) and Kaine. Kaine and Peter kind of made an alliance to defeat them. Kaine was pretty OP. Peter Parker: Spider-Man #12: Sinister Six targeted Senator Ward, and Spidey tried to stop them, but Ward unleashed a power that managed to defeat all six.

Insomniac-verse Octavius is smarter than Raimi-verse Octavius but the Sinister Five has three mid tier geniuses (Raimi-verse Ock and Osborn and Web-verse Lizard). Meanwhile, the Sinister Six has one extremely high tier genius, Otto, and a low tier genius, Toomes.

Joker, Riddler, Catwoman (she'd betray them like Sandman in Return of the Sinister Six), Penguin, and Two-Face are almost required. Clayface, Freeze, or Croc are the most likely final member. Scarecrow, Strange, or Hush at a stretch.

I also like the all-female Sinister Syndicate group and I think that an all-female Sinister Six would be great villains for a Silk or Spider-Woman series. Led by Lady Octopus, the membership would include Francine Frye’s Electro and Tiana Toomes’s Starling (because there needs to be an Ock, an Electro, and a Vulture), White Rabbit, Scorpia ...

Well, the multiverse Sinister Six (Raimi Green Goblin, Raimi Doc Ock, Raimi Sandman, Webb Electro, Webb Lizard, Webb Rhino) are apparently in NWH. But, I do hope that after that in the future, we get an MCU Sinister Six, with MCU villains.
