Typically when I run a trucked discovery I set it up to check the database and record 120 seconds of conversation on new tgid’s. I use these snippets to try to ID the who / where. While you only need the control channel frequencies, until you know, for sure, which might be control, as well as alternates, I'd enter all of them. If, however, this is a DMR or NXDN system, you're going to need the LCNs (DMR) or channel numbers (NXDN).

Jan 14, 2025 · Yesterday I have ordered a Airspy HF+ Discovery here is why. Last Thursday I ordered a YouLoop to see how my first order was going to go and to test it on my RSP1a and RSP1b. It arrived Yesterday. That order went well. My test of the YouLoop on the RSP1a and RSP1b revealed a truth. The YouLoop requires a very hot front-end SDR.

Apr 26, 2019 · I recently imported from Radio Reference frequencies for my location. But when there is traffic on a specific channel it doesn't say where it's from. It only says an I.D. number. I want to know how to figure out where that channel is from and then change the name so it tells me what department is speaking.
