Aug 29, 2023 · Practice together as much as you guys want, just have fun with it. My band got together once a week for jamming/writing. When we had a gig we would plan a few more rehearsals. If you want to do gigs, contact local bars and events. The festivals near me usually have a "local talent" stage and small bars usually have some room for this as well.

Jun 28, 2013 · Well, my home band plays a game called Giants, Wizards, and Elves while we warm up in the morning. It's essentially a really big game of Rock, Paper, Scissors. (Wizards>Giants>Elves, and back around appropriately.)
