May 11, 2024 · The power supply only works if you have connected the ATX cable to the mainboard. Or if you start it with the paper clip trick. Check whether the plug is properly inserted and the power supply is switched on. If your motherboard does not start please check the atx and the extra CPU power supply. Edited May 11 by muvo

Sep 23, 2013 · The Digital Bridge consists of two pieces. Connect the four pin connector to the “C-Link” port on the RM Series’ modular interface. This is the cable that is included with the RM power supply. The other half of the cable comes with the option Corsair Digital Bridge. It connects to the first cable with a 2-pin and 3-pin connector.

I see some people saying the regularly see the HXi report over 50C. I have a temp sensor right next to the power supply and the ambient intake temperature doesn't get above 34C, yet the PSU is reporting 50C+.

Nov 25, 2021 · I've done the paper clip test, and it passed. I've checked all the pin connectors, and non seam to be loose. I've checked with both cpu cables the psu comes with, used different power cables, different outlets. Nothing. The mb and psu standby lights don't power on, and there is a slight crackling sound when connecting the power cable to the psu.
