The place was engulfed in smoke by they time they got there but took 7 hours for the fire to hit the first car. They were hardly going to risk their lives to take the cars out even if they were on the ground floor or in this case they had the time.

I don't get making your car sound like a running malfunction any more than I get making your car sound like a souped up John Deere. The mods for all that ain't all that expensive. There's cars that don't do that, sound much better, and cost far more to mod.

Jun 22, 2023 · In the case of a fire Electric fires are very smoky and chemical compared to gas cars. They also burn several times hotter. Trying to put out a gas fire is hard but a fire extinguisher can help delay or put out fires on a small scale, trying to put out an electric car fire is impossible.

I'm certainly not FIRE'd but I'm definitely burnt out from my desk job. I'll be quitting in January for sure, it's set in stone. Anyway, I'm only 28 and still want/need to work. They make other models too with the same engine such as the Park Avenue or Riviera, but the regal definitely drives sportiest. It’s also quite a reliable platform, even the engine being supercharged.

They are from mechanical or electrical issues. Old fuel lines leaking cause a friend of mines car to catch fire. Car accidents or faults, unless catastrophic, don’t make the news. A car fire grabs attention so it gets reported on. Theres recalls all the time on vehicles because something was found that could potentially lead to a fire.

This divide is only going to get worse. And as people stop buying new, the companies will stop making them. Look at the japanese car makers. In the 90s they each had 3-5 enthusiast/sport cars within their lineup and even the common cars had enthusiast trims (like the 1jz crown, vr4 galant, spec b sentra, or alltrac camry).

Edit: The only time you see this done for performance is on a forced induction engine with no EGR system with a huge cam that has lots of valve overlap (used to cool combustion chamber temperatures). Top Fuel and other forced induction race cars will be the only ones that really shoot consistent flames.
