Blisstina "Bliss" is a fictional character created for the 2016 series The Powerpuff Girls. She made her first appearance in the five-part television film The Power of Four , which was released in 2017.

Blisstina Francesca Francia Mariam Alicia Utonium (or just "Bliss" for short) is the older sister of the 2016 Powerpuff Girls and the first known living creation of Professor Utonium, appearing in the 2016 Powerpuff Girls reboot. She debuted in Power of Four as the fourth Powerpuff Girl.
