Both will fight until the other side is incapacitated. I'm not too knowledgeable about All Might, so just assume he's at his full power each round.

Dec 18, 2019 · There was a lot of fantastic imagery throughout the fight: All Might's boulder-shattering smashes, Guy's masterful martial arts, Morning Peacock vs. All Might's air bullets, All Might catching the Daytime Tiger, and everything having to do with the final confrontation. Of course, the very best of them all was Guy's 10-point landing.

May 31, 2018 · Round 2: All Might 10/10 Round 3: Might Guy pastes All Might handily. Round 4: Guy kills All Might in the first hit. Bonus: Guy is a better motivator and a better martial artist. He'd push Midoryia to peak physicals faster and teach him better discipline with his natural power than All Might would Lee.

Nov 26, 2021 · In a straight fight, Guy take this easily. But I'm unsure what is more likely between Guy defeating All Might or All Might getting a hold on Guy. AM can increase his power, enough to destroy the head of someone... possibly comparable to him. I say possibly since we don't really know how Prime AFO handled All Might's attacks.

All Might at his peak (no injuries, can permanently sustain his physical attributes), Might Guy at his peak (no injuries, able to open 7 of the 8 inner gates). Guy is capable of opening the 8th gate if he needs to, but only has 5 minutes before it kills him.

Let's say All Might's punches deal 100 damage, but Nomu's shock absorption allows him to ignore the first 99 points of damage. Let's also say Nomu has 99 HP. That means that All Might will need 99 punches to kill Nomu. If All Might were merely twice as strong, he'd suddenly deal an effective damage of 101 damage per punch; allowing for a OHK.

Dec 16, 2019 · Basically the calcs show that Guy is faster and more skilled but All Might has way more durability and attack power in his prime than Guy through 6-7 gates. Basically they had All Might punch a hole through Guy's chest with 7 gates, so Guy activated the 8th gate, hit All Might with the Night Guy and then both proceeded to die.
