Sep 22, 2008 · Another person replied to the Post saying to use the Ghirardelli White chocolate baking chips for gluten free cooking. Well FYI, Ghirardelli White chips do in fact have gluten in them. I only know this because I called the manufacturer and emailed them, and they advised that the Milk, Semi Sweet, Bittersweet, 60% dark cacco are all gluten free.

Feb 11, 2016 · I have been eating the Ghirardelli squares and using their chocolate chips for YEARS and have never had any problems. I think the white chocolate chips are not gluten-free and I do not use those but all the rest are safe.
