NOAA’s Storm Prediction Center in its Sunday night update has maintained a Level 3 out of 5 (or enhanced) risk for severe weather for all of north and part of central Alabama tonight and into Monday morning (areas in orange in the map at the top of this post).

Forecasters added that the tornado threat is uncertain, but there is the potential for it to increase.
