Jon Stewart urges Democrats to act more like Republicans by 'exploit[ing] the loopholes' if they want to get anything done.

Stewart watched in horror as the Republicans played chess and the Democrats “ [glued] their balls to their thigh.” There’s not a lot of fight in the finger-wagging Dems, who urge Republicans who don’t give a shit to play by the rules.
