The M Den locations in Ann Arbor will have a new tenant. Rally House has bought three retail spaces occupied by M Den, the former official apparel store of University of Michigan athletics. Rally House announced the news on Tuesday.

Proceeds will go to satisfy Heritage's creditors as part of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Rally House's new stores are on State Street, Main Street and across from Michigan Stadium, according to a Tuesday news release.

Rally House has expanded its store count in Ann Arbor, MI, following its takeover of three former M Den stores. It now has four stores in the region and 23 in the state.
