The survey was completed by more than 800 members, according to a union news release Monday. The union represents around 2,000 police officers and detectives. The head of the police union said members were "disappointed and frustrated" by Sullivan's lack of support in trying times.

As the City of Phoenix continues its search for a permanent police chief, the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association is voicing its opposition to Interim Chief Michael Sullivan.
