Spain forward Jenni Hermoso testified at Luis Rubiales’ trial that she did not consent to being kissed by the country’s former top football official.

Rubiales is accused of sexual assault and of trying to coerce Hermoso to publicly support him after the incident in Sydney.

The kiss was given “unexpectedly and without the consent or acceptance of the player”, prosecutors wrote in their indictment.
