High Point rallied from a 15-point second half deficit to defeat Winthrop 81-69 in the Big South Championship title game on Sunday, giving the Panthers an 29-5 record and their first trip to the NCAA Tournament.

The Winthrop Eagles and High Point Panthers will battle in the Big South Championship on Sunday afternoon. The winner will earn a coveted automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
