A Northwestern Ontario township is getting a critical cash infusion to help with what local officials are calling “much-needed” repairs to an important local facility.

Dayton has utilized its three recreation centers as “cooling centers” this weekend. They are open Monday-Friday from 6 a.m.

A public hearing on the zoning of the former Willow Grove Naval Base off Route 611 and Horsham Road was attended by over 30 residents.
