AMD’s new Ryzen AI Max 300 Series “Strix Halo” go even further. These new chips feature up to 16 Zen 5 CPU cores and up to 40 GPU compute units.
It is expected to ship with 64MB of L3 and 16 MB of L2 cache. The processor will also utilize a Radeon 8060S iGPU based on the same RDNA 3.5 architecture as the Ryzen AI 300 "Strix" lineup.
