AMD's Strix Halo reviews are no longer guarded by an embargo. So we're seeing a wave of new die shots that underline the impressive engineering that went into the design of these chips.

AMD’s new Ryzen AI Max 300 Series “Strix Halo” go even further. These new chips feature up to 16 Zen 5 CPU cores and up to 40 GPU compute units.

It is expected to ship with 64MB of L3 and 16 MB of L2 cache. The processor will also utilize a Radeon 8060S iGPU based on the same RDNA 3.5 architecture as the Ryzen AI 300 "Strix" lineup.
