Pierce County is seeking mural artists to turn vandalized areas into art spaces with budgets ranging up to $75,000.

Otter Tail County, which includes a portion of the city of Wadena, has enhanced its Geographic Information System (GIS) map with a permit view feature that makes access quicker and more convenient.
