Outlander: Blood of My Blood will tell brand new stories, and Outlander season 7's finale has done an excellent job of kicking these tales off.

The last episode had so many jaw-dropping moments, from Rollo's death, William and Jamie's attempt to save and Jane and also Claire discovering Fanny singing a song from the future which then leads Claire to the realisation that her first daughter Faith, who she thought died at birth may have actually lived.

In the season 7 finale, the Frasers end up taking in Fanny (Florrie Wilkinson) after William (Charles Vandervaart) vainly attempts to save Jane (Silvia Presente) from the gallows, only to find that she's killed herself in her jail cell. Jamie and Claire agree to bring Fanny back to the Ridge with them and care for her as their own.

Sophie Skelton will receive the Lumiere Award at the upcoming 13th annual SCAD TVfest in Atlanta, as part of the Savannah College of Art and Design's three-day event from February 5-7, celebrating the best in television and streaming.
