Bone fragments found in Wegmans’ frozen, fully-cooked chicken nuggets force a recall. Products were sold throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

The nuggets were only made for Wegmans Food Markets and distributed in Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey ... and to throw it away or return it to the store where it was purchased.
