A suspected border migrant smuggler leads Texas DPS troopers on a wild, reckless car chase that hit 120 mph in El Paso.

Nicholas Noel Rubio was arrested on charges of felony evading arrest in a vehicle and smuggling of persons. He is being held at the El Paso County Jail in Downtown, according to jail records.
