Fluor tapped Jim Breuer to be chief executive after less than a year as chief operating officer and more than three decades at the holding company.

COO Jim Breuer has been appointed CEO, according to a Feb. 18 announcement. David Constable, currently CEO and board chair, will become executive chairman. The changes are effective May 1.
