The family of Devarjaye "DJ" Daniel, a Houston teen battling cancer, is asking for prayers from the community as he remains in ICU following brain surgery Saturday.

DJ Daniel has been sworn in as an honorary officer for more than 1,300 law enforcement agencies across the country.
