All the plazas feature similar retail offerings, including discount clothing stores, like Ross and Burlington, as well as specialty discount stores, like Five Below and DD’s Discounts.

Ross Stores opened 19 new stores across 14 states in March 2025, including one in New Jersey. The new locations include 16 Ross Dress for Less and dd’s DISCOUNTS departments stores.

Each opening is part of the discount retailer’s plans to open 90 news stores in 2025. These will include about 80 Ross locations and 10 dd’s DISCOUNTS stores.

Burlington is moving into the former Big Lots space at Watt Towne Center. The 146,895-square-foot shopping center is also home to Dollar Tree and DD’s Discounts stores.
