The Bills have 16 free agents. Four Buffalo starters - two on offense and one on defense - are set to become unrestricted free agents: wide receiver Amari Cooper, fullback Reggie Gilliam, cornerback Rasul Douglas and safety Damar Hamlin.

The Buffalo Bills are left again to pick up the pieces after a devastating playoff loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. While the Bills are one of the NFL's best teams, General Manager Brandon Beane will need to evaluate how to improve this roster.

Bills GM Brandon Beane spoke with the media on Thursday and said the team has been in contact with the league about those calls. "It’s frustrating," Beane said. "There’s only so much I can say. We work with the league to try to get clarity and I’ll give them credit—they’ve taken our calls, they’ve sent videos and things like that."

Bills head coach Sean McDermott said he told his players they couldn't expect calls in the AFC Championship Game.
