The family of a woman who drowned handcuffed in the back of a Meigs County deputy's patrol car is seeking $100 million in damages in a new wrongful death suit.
Several family members of Tabitha Smith, the woman who died while in custody of the Meigs County Sheriff’s Office, have joined forces to file a new lawsuit against the office.
