San Francisco's new mayor is working to remove a reform-minded police commissioner, after he refused to resign.

Sean Epstein, chair of Regent's Park Cyclists, which represents more than 30 cycling clubs and over 5,000 enthusiasts, said riders with more expensive bikes are targeted during early morning rides.
