Only Cher could get away with dropping an f-bomb on live television. The “Believe” singer, 78, intentionally uttered the profanity while discussing her divorce from her late ex-husband Sonny Bono on “Today” Tuesday morning.

Though Cher and Sonny Bono’s marriage lasted less than a decade, their musical hits endured. Yet Cher details in her new memoir that the success of her creative partnership with her late husband wasn’t equally shared.

I figured I’d plead insanity … Then I’d get a book deal and my own show,” Cher alleges Sonny told her after admitting to thinking about killing her.

Under a section titled "Author's Note," Cher wrote that the book, "Cher: The Memoir, Part One, " is based on her "sometimes imperfect" memory, and then mentioned her son Chaz Bono, whom she share d with her late ex-husband Sonny Bono.
