According to The New York Post in a story published Wednesday, Judge was given the pendant by designated hitter Giancarlo Stanton, who wanted “nothing too big, something he can wear during the game,” jeweler AJ Machado of AJ’s Jewelry in Miami told the outlet.

Plenty of top hitters wish they had at least one ace on the mound. Judge, luckily, has two: Max Fried, who has been worth every cent of his $218 million contract, and Carlos Rodón, who is quietly putting together his best season in pinstripes.
