Police are investigating after a school bus crashed into a building, injuring three students and their bus driver on Wednesday in Union City.

Six students were taken to an area hospital after five school buses and a truck pulling a band trailer were involved in a collision Tuesday afternoon on I-10, according to the Lafayette Police Department.

Officers determined five school buses and a truck pulling a band trailer from St. Bernard Parish were involved in the collision.
