As per an additional report from the Daily Telegraph, Kane's move to Munich included Tottenham retaining a 'first refusal' option on him, by which Spurs would be informed and offered the chance to meet the clause, if a rival club made a bid for Kane.

Harry Kane has a cut-price release clause in his Bayern Munich contract that could open the door to a Premier League return, according to reports. Many presumed the 31-year-old striker had all but ended his chance of surpassing Alan Shearer's Premier League goal record when he signed for Bayern in August 2023 for a reported £100 million.

Harry Kane is said to be very happy in Germany and has no plans to return to the Premier League any time soon.
