The IELTS Academic test assesses how well you can use English across four skill areas: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
The test has the same format, questions, timing, and marking criteria as completing the IELTS at a test center. Test results are available 6–8 days after taking the test.
In IELTS, the speaking test is done face-to-face, while in TOEFL, it is done on a computer. There is also a difference in scoring. IELTS has a band score, while in TOEFL, marks are given out of 120.
