Waterland Private Equity has secured an investment in Moore Kingston Smith, a multi-disciplinary professional services firm. No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.

Waterland Private Equity has sold its stake in Cooper Parry to Lee Equity. Cooper Parry is a provider of accounting and business advisory services to corporate SME and individual clients in the UK.

Waterland as well as Waterland’s advisory firms have offices in Antwerp, Barcelona, Bussum, Copenhagen, Dublin, Hamburg, London, Manchester, Munich, Oslo, Paris, Warsaw and Zurich.
