In Slack, click the name of your server in the top left corner and browse to Administration > Customize. You will see the new Bulk Emoji Uploader at the top of the screen.
Slack will show you a preview, and ask you to give your emoji a name. Choose something specific, as it has to be unique. If you need more than one word, use hyphens instead of spaces.
