He is professional, charming and gentle. His front desk manager is rude, repellent and very unprofessional. It is to the point where I dread going into the office and having to deal with that person.

Complaints are, by definition, confrontations, and as such, they're not fun for all concerned. However, they're also important tools for managing relationships, and they're very necessary.
