Plans have chugged along for a Toronto Railway Historical Association (TRHA) museum since 2001. More than $22 million has been spent on the Bremner Blvd. park historical site, mostly by developers.

Rezoning the land at 251 Esquimalt Rd., 210 Kimta Rd. and 355 Catherine St. is required for the project to go ahead. The Roundhouse project, proposed by Focus Equities has divided the city.

Victoria’s city council will get its first detailed look Thursday at a proposal that could transform a large plot of land in Vic West.
