Diamondback Energy announced on Thursday that CEO Travis Stice will step down after 13 years in the role during the company’s annual stockholders’ meeting 2025.
Diamondback Energy Inc., Midland, Tex., has named Kaes Van’t Hof, the company’s current president, to succeed Travis Stice as chief executive officer. Van’t Hof also will join the board of directors.
