The RMS Titanic still lies in the inky depths of the North Atlantic after its ill-fated maiden voyage but a model of the ship returned to Griffin's Pond in the Halifax Public Gardens on Saturday.

The RMS Titanic kit was designed by user Ssorg who is on a roll after gaining support for his Douglas DC-3 model airplane design. Ssorg's proposed Titanic design is offered in 3 different scales.

A seven-foot model of the RMS Titanic is seen on display in the Noble Maritime Collection's Navigation Classroom. The museum is located on the grounds of Snug Harbor Cultural Center in Livingston.
