KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Following a series of complaints, an attorney for the Missouri State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors has recommended closing Savory & Sons Funeral Home.

Customers with complaints about Savory & Sons Funeral Home in Kansas City said they’re pleased Missouri’s State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors has shut the business down.

After considering all of the facts, the board decided to revoke the funeral establishment license. This means Savory and Sons can no longer operate as a funeral home.
