The Scion xD was launched in 2007 alongside the second-generation xB, replacing the outgoing xA. Built on the same platform as the Toyota Yaris, the xD is a competent but forgettable offering.

While the iQ may be the smallest Scion, the xD is still the automaker's smallest four-door hatchback. The 2014 Scion xD hatchback is powered by a 128-hp 1.8-liter I-4 with 125 lb-ft of torque.
