GRAYSON Kentucky Christian University has been designated as a Five-Star Institution by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics for the 2024-25 academic year.

He is a graduate of the Culinary Arts program at Kapiolani Community College and through the years has worked at The Pineapple Room by Alan Wong, Koko Head Cafe and Eating House 1849 by Roy Yamaguchi.
