Twitter Circle rolled out to all users this week, meaning folks can share posts exclusively with a select group of people. Basically, the feature is a lot like Instagram Close Friends.

Some people are tweeting out the summoning circle meme with the intent of trying to attract more mice for their pet cat or sunglasses for a dog. And TBH, same.

The new meme arranges emoji (usually the candle one) in a circle with the message “summoning circle, hope this works” and placing their desired magic result in the center.
