Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO), Jim Breuer, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective May 1, 2025.

Fluor (FLR) has appointed COO Jim Breuer as CEO, effective May 1. David Constable, Fluor’s current Chairman and CEO, will transition into the role of Executive Chairman on the same date.

COO Jim Breuer has been appointed CEO, according to a Feb. 18 announcement. David Constable, currently CEO and board chair, will become executive chairman. The changes are effective May 1.
