You'll want to join a discord voice channel from your phone. Afterward, on the app, scroll up, and you'll want to click on the tab that says Join on Xbox.

Then you'll hit the Xbox button on your controller, scroll to Parties & chats, and select Discord. From there, you can look through your servers and select a specific voice channel.
