Template Option #1: Prefabricated Templates Blogger offers users two options for building templates on its site. The first is to use Blogger's Template Designer section.

Click on "Edit HTML" under "Live on Blog." Note that the "Edit HTML" button will be grayed out for "Dynamic" templates -- your only option is to switch to a standard template to edit the HTML.
