Click "Editor" under the Appearance tab in the left menu. Click "Footer (footer.php)" in the Templates section on the right side of the page to open the footer template file in the Edit Themes pane.

Click "Template" from the left menu, then click the "Edit HTML" button under the thumbnail of your template. A new window appears. Find the header code block in the text window.
