CSS works in combination with HTML. We can create buttons, links, and other elements using HTML and then using CSS we can change those elements’ size, color, position, etc.

Open an HTML or text editor to create the external style sheet that will hold your CSS background style. Type a style definition for the background in the body tag.

You can also add a background-position attribute to your CSS, with values such as center, left top and right bottom. Add this attribute to make your GIF appear at specific locations in the background.
