Even Dogtown’s famous Junkyard Dog Plates succumbed to the piling snow Wednesday as a record-setting snowstorm had Rochester’s businesses, schools and offices grinding to a halt.

The hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Parking is available in the lot it shares with Dogtown. The patio is ground level; steps lead into the building and up to the second floor.
