Diamondback Energy Inc., Midland, Tex., has named Kaes Van’t Hof, the company’s current president, to succeed Travis Stice as chief executive officer. Van’t Hof also will join the board of directors.
Current Diamondback President Kaes Van’t Hof will succeed Stice as CEO of the Permian Basin E&P. He will also join the Diamondback board. Stice has led Diamondback as CEO since January 2012.
Van't Hof has been the chief financial officer since February 2022 and previously served as the CFO and executive vice president of business development for three years, Diamondback said.
